Bad customer service

I have never been so disappointed and mistreated by a company, Checkich Shoe Brand @sartoriamilanoofficial. It took almost two weeks for the store to deliver the pair of shoes because of their poor internal systems and processes which resulted in them having to reallocate my payment again on their system, mind you, only after I had to follow up. I was also told not to use the website www.checkich.co.za on the bio of @sartoriamilanoofficial as it is not reliable or quick when you order online, I should use whatsapp but on their page that's the only option to order online. When they finally deliver, the white shoes are dirty and not in a good condition. And when I told them how unhappy I am, the assistant by the name of Shekhira said in order to avoid arguments I should send back the shoes. What a wow! How professional is that. And the store manager by the name of Verushka also ignored my complaint and failed to assist me.
