You have failed small businesses with your pathetic service

It is sad how poor SARS service has been lately. The call center agents are ***********. I had filed VAT return and the company is supposed to b refunded. SARS has failed small businesses sometimes we rely on refund for us to deliver our next orders. No one is able to give a concrete answer, all they say is you case is in process this is the 2nd month. I'm about to loose my contract. ????????. Give power back to white people maybe we will be functional again this is not on.
