I've had quite a number of requirements from SARS this year. It took some time and my refund was delayed for 4 months but this week after the Audit was late I called the call center (which lately is very quick to answer calls) and they escalated my query. The Audit was then finalised SAME DAY and refund paid out two days later. Thanks Guys!
