Yet to receive the tax refund amount from SARS

Hi Team,

I was submitted my TAX application on 22-Sep-2017 and resubmitted the documents on 12-Dec-2017 but still not received my refund amount, when I am trying to reach SARS call center they will just say it's in progress and I should wait till I receive it.

Could you please push the process, I need the money very badly.

Kindly understand my pain.
