Yet to Receive Last years Payment

Good Day could you please help me retrieve Payment from SARS , They had me go into the branch to submit proof of bank details and told me the money will be in my account in 21 days , 24 this later no Payment , This would not be an issue if I didn't have to go through the exact same process Last Year and have yet to receive Last years payment as well :-( Tax Number : *** ID *** Case Reference number : ***
