Write Off outstanding amount

I wish to ask Sars to write off amount of R1704.52 owing as I cannot afford to pay that amount.My salary is so low I am bearly surviving and my taxi fare alone is so high.If Sars can do it for big Executives like Christo Weisse I am sure writing off what I owe can be done as well
