Worst service from Sars with over 12 visit and no feedback

We are not getting any information regarding sars deleting my entries for the last 10 years because of my previous sars number being insolvent and rehabilitated for the last year and they never closing the old number. The number for the complaints department doesnt work and ita been since November 2019 that we have been to Sars Pretoria CBD & Ashley garden. We have been y To there offices 12 times this year, without counting going there each year since 2009 3 - 4 times each year. Because they didnt do there work. Most un happy with how we are treated ever.
