Worst service ever

Not friendly, polite or professional as advertised. No treatment of fairness. - The receptionist jokes about issues that is serious matters at SARS even though I was friendly and polite to him. I greeted friendly and politely the consultant and asked if I could grab a chair. This was a huge mistake and resulted in serious consequences where it was emphatically made clear can only see one person.
