Worst service ever!!!!

For the past two weeks I had to make 3appointments with 3case numbers and uploaded the required documents still no help, I've been sent from Pillar to post just for a tax number. Had another appointment for 9am today and no one has called. What does it take for one to receive assistance from your consultants. You really lack customer service skills, you don't even acknowledge your clients. This is the worst service EVER!!!!
