Worst service ever!

I am very upset at this moment, I have been struggling for months to get my late husbands REV246 and has been speaking to them everyday, This morning I spoke to a person who refused to help me. I have been uploading documents for months and there is just no feedback from them. No one is willing to assist and then this Colenso tells me I can not speak to his manager and suddenly I am not the representative as I have been for months and I am the executor. He refused to take the case number even. How are we suppose to get a late estate settled if there is no help, It has been a struggle since I started with this!!!! SARS is not willing to help their clients. But when you owe them then they can take the money.
