Worst Service Ever

Worst service ever, when you owe them they send emails, smses non stop. I have submitted my VAT returns June even today they haven't paid it, they keep saying it has been escalated to management, its almost two months. Tomorrow its due date for me to resubmit again i am wondering if i will be paid. I am so so annoyed about their service and treatment.
