WORST SERVICE EVER

I sent in documents in late November/early December to exempt my organisation from tax and for 3 months I have been calling trying to follow up to see if my organization is in the system. These people don't answer the phones, they forward me to a hundred different people, and by 15h00 half of the staff have gone home. It's 3 months later and still I have not heard from them. I have left so many messages and no one ever returns my calls. You guys should be disgusted at the level of 'service' you are providing. It's so poor!
