Worst Service Ever

I am so angry and frustrated at this point, concerning SARS service I have been struggling to get my payment from SARS since August 2019 for my 2016 submission on the 18th September 2019. I am not getting a valid reason of why my payment hasn't been processed. The only lousy reason I am getting from SARS consultants is my return submission is not a priority right now and there is no turnaround time for my payout; this is not good enough for me. I have sent a complaint through e filing and I have never received any response to this day. Today I called SARS again to follow-up and this is the response I received from the consultant I was dealing with that my request is not a priority, however since august have I been trying to submit through e-filling and my documents were rejected. When I follow-up again with regards to the status of my return, was again advised to submit manually through the Branch. I went to Randburg branch and submitted manually. My document were accessed then and I was advised after submission that all documents are fine and complete. They have now forwarded them for auditing, called SARS again on the second week of October to check on the status. Only to find out my documents only went through auditing on 4 October, where else the previous day on 3 October when I was checking the status online, again requested to upload documents online. I mean on 2019/09/18 was told to submit manually at Randburg branch and I was told my documents have been accessed and completed, submitted for auditing. Today I am being told that my submission is not a priority and they only received my documents for audit on 4th October by (Case no: ***). This is the worst service ever and very unprofessional for that matter. I want my payment and I need to know of when I can expect my payout not this nonsense of you sending me back and forth. I have been waiting patiently and SARS does not even care about taxpayers and the frustration they putting them through. When they demand tax from you, it is never negotiable. I want a proper feedback regarding the turnaround time not that my submission is not a priority, should they have done their job well on 18th September 2019, the audit should have been completed by now. I have had enough of tolerating SARS consultant's *********** behavior and their disgusting service.
