Worst service

Waste of time and money. I just visited sars branch Bellville. I got ****** last week..I got a copy of my id..A coloured lady assisted me..Before me there was a coloured guy he had no ID on him I heard the other coloured lady telling him in Afrikaans'ons mag nie eintlik ju soe help nie ek sal DT nt d 1 keer dun' which translates we are not allowed to assist with our an ID I will assist u this one time..my turn came imagine I need to be make arrangements with sars before month end..she asked for my ID I told her I got ****** I don't have one now and don't have money for a temporary all she said is sorry bhuti I can't help u without an id.But the coloured got help
