Worst performing department

<p>I have been to SARS 4x between May and now to submit my banking details. After having to take off from work for 4 days ,expensive parking and time wasted now they are telling me I need to go back to the Cape Town SARS branch again to do the same thing. Soooo inefficient , waste of ones time, *********** and supposedly the best performing govt department. I would hate to see the worst if they are considered the best.</p>
