Worst Experience - bad service received on Notice of Objection

<p>I have lodged a Notice of Objection with SARS since September 2016 for the following years:</p> <p>2014</p> <p>2015</p> <p>2015</p> <p>Exactly 30 days after each objection they come back to me with additional documents required (one document after another) . The staff at the doorn kloof branch is so ***********. Everytime I receive correspondence from SARS via eFiling, they refer me to the Branch, which is of absolute no assistance!! Either they cant find my documents or I must re-submit. Its now 2017 and they rejected my Notice of objection, reason: No letter from Employer submitted but the letter was submitted and is still sitting there on my eFiling. I am not impressed with their service at all and it is very frustrating that one cannot even speak to their Notice of Objection department - you have to speak to consultants who also cant give answers!!</p>
