Worst client service ever

I have been waiting for more than a hour to speak to a consultant to change my contact number. Then when i get a consultant they just put the phone down in my ear. I have semt numerous emails to change it then i get a reply its changed but never been changed. I changed it on my profile it was working for that day and now its back to my old number i need to see if my banking details i changed has been changed i want to be phoned back asap ****ing unacceptable.
