Worst call center

I am utterly disgusted at the service I recieved from SARS contact centre agents. Instead of assisting me on how to go about with a refund that's on hold they drop the calls on me. 7 agents this far have just dropped the calls when i want to ask them what i should do or how they can assist me. Their customer service is absolutely putrid and they were really useless
