Worst service received on the 16/08/2021 Received a call from the online booking on the 11/08/2021 -the SARS Home agent refer me back to the branch -just passing on bucket Went to branch ROODEPOORT HORIZON VIEW -APPOINTMENT WAS AT 10:00 AM ticket no.24 ,GOT HELP AT 13H00 -lady at your helpdesk advise that submissions at the branch not done .why did the operator at home not informed me about that ?
