Worse service ever

Utter bad service from SARS. I've been struggling to get a simple calculation done by them and it has already passed their SLA. I had to hold on for sometimes up to an hour to get assistance. The first call was dropped, the second one I requested a call back and when I was called back there was nothing on the other end of the line. The third call I did get service from a lady and she said that she will give all my details through to a consultant that will get back to me with the calculation results. I followed up after 5 days and was told that they don't have feedback and I have to wait until 72 hours has gone by he can't help me. Did not want to do anything to assist me. I phoned again and was dropped of their line after holding on for 30 minutes. I emailed and is still waiting for a reply. I phoned again after 8 days since my first enquiry and got through to a lady after holding on for an hour. She was friendly at first and I asked for assistance. She started to explain that they will ask for a tax directive and I explained that I need the amount before I retire my RA due to previous pension payouts that will influence the fax free amount. She then said that they can't help with that calculation. I told her the whole story from the start and that I haven't received any feedback. She asked for a ref number. I told her I have 8 case numbers already and will give her the one I got initially when I talked to the first lady. She then said that I said that I don't have a case number and when I tried to explain again she said that I was talking over her and started to get very rude with me. I told her that our tax pays their salaries and she must be professional. She got very ****y and extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked her to put me through to a manager or the consultant working on my case and she kept on bashing me and bashing me and eventually put the phone down and I ended up calling and sitting in the queue again for l15 minutes and got kicked off again. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. Trying to be polite and get this service. Bad. Very, very bad.
