Withholding my tax refund

Completed a late tax return for 2011 as their website has always confused me. Tax rebate for that year forfeit and penalty paid, fair enough. Now they are demanding that I pay an additional R14k tax for that year. On further inspection I noticed that a duplicate IRP5 was submitted by the company I worked for then.<br> <br> Since I have no control over what shows up on SARS system and my old company not willing to assist despite repeated phone calls, I fail to see what more I can do to rectify this problem. SARS is currently holding my last years tax return (+- R5k) ransom and demanding interest for tax on money I didn't earn in 2011.<br> <br> I guess I should not expect anything less from a Government organisation..
