With holding money

Was told to phone after 21 days. When I phoned after 21 days about when money would be put in my account they then said 30 days. Still nothing. Then was told 32 days excluding weekend and public holiday. That has come and gone. Still nothing and still no answers. Was told that it is now a waiting game.
