With held funds

<p>It took close to 2 years to get a refund from SARS, this was after going from Pillar toPost, now tha i have eventually got it, SARS as now held the funds in my bank account, however when contacting them they advsied that this is the bakns fault FNB, but FNB has advised that they are not at fault, no one is taking accountabilty but blaming the other, this is very convenient for both comapines to basically say that they are *****ing the money.</p>
