why resubmit?????

I had to verify banking details ad went to the branch on 11 July 2019. I called to follow up on the return and was told to go bang to SARS as the banking details need to be resubmitted. This is not on. SARS need to employ people that know how to do their work. Positively peeved as I need to go there again!
