WHY ARE WE WAITING??????

I can now understand why business's actually \GO UNDER\" as a result of this government department's total incompetency. Everything is \"VERY\" one-sided, we have to submit returns ON TIME EVERY TIME, and we have to PAY ON TIME EVERYTIME, otherwise we face the raphe of penalties, interest and rude letters. However when the shoe is on the other foot and SARS is owing you money, they DELAY & DELAY, and mess you around from pillar to post, while you're business suffers as a result of a cash flow crisis. I have even had to lay off staff as a result. I fear that the \"Cookie Jar\" is empty and that is the real reason!"
