WHERE IS MY REFUND???? POOR SERVICE!!!

<p>This is the very first time that I am experiencing such terrible service with SARS! My tax return was done two weeks ago and I am due a refund, after numerous calls, case numbers, e-mails, STILL NOTHING.... Nobody even has the decency to get back to you..... why ???? does one need to go to extreme measures before someone actually contacts you???? My Tax Number: ********** 157</p>
