When SARS need to pay us they will delay with our refunds

My sars returns got audited and all the documents that the auditors required was sent to them on 8 Sep 17, they get back to me today asking for the documents again to be sent to them when we have already sent through the documents needed for the auditors, now my account will take another 2 months to be assessed, when refunds are due to us they will do whatever they can to delay but are quick to impose deadlines on us that are honest to submit. Very upset
