What is the point of submitting documents on line then when the system fails, you go in person to fix it. Now I get a message of non compliance. I am beyond annoyed
I can't believe this after I went in person to SARS on the 15/10/2024 to sort my SARS documents, which the consultant said all is well. Today the 19/10/2024, I get a message to say, I have yet outstanding documents. Can someone really explain this thing as I am now wanting to pursue the SARS in an inappropriate way

21 Oct 2024, 18:46I called SARS to try and resolve the problem they caused me and worse the guy who called me back from SARS was very rude and he told me straight that he can't help me. Funny enough I went to a branch to sort this matter and now following up they can't even pick up my reference and I still was not helped. Can someone tell me why is SARS failing me as I did all my best to sort this before closing date.
