What do you do when SARS does not respond to a "Notice of Objection"

I raised an Objection on 2022/11/19, over 6 months ago and I still haven't had any response from SARS. The Dispute shows up in my "View Submitted" Disputes and acknowledges the 5 Supporting Documents that I submitted. As I understand it, SARS is supposed to respond withing 60 days. It is now over 180 days. I just attempted to raise a query via s****filing, but it wouldn't accept it, saying my Tax Reference number was invalid and that there are currently no active cases for my Tax Reference Number. If anyone knows what next step I should take or can assist me with resolving this, please do leave a comment. Thank you.
