What do we have to do to get our affairs in order?

I have spent a lot of money calling SARS and have not had joy. After many attempts to understand what I need to do to not only get my affairs up to date, I have yet to get assistance. My query was finally escalated, 5 days later, I haven't received feedback or a call. I want to understand if it is the registered taxpayer alone to communicate. I called SARS this morning , a consultant couldn't assist me ( my information didn't make sense), my question was who did they ask why haven't received feedback to that effect?
