Ihave never heard of such appoling service as of the one given by SARS i have contanted them for the whole week last week and nothing was solved now i called again their complains department only to be answered and no one speaking to me somemcall centres are a night mare seriously how on earth do they get paid and still have unresolved queries i have about 10 case numbers i cant list all of them down now shocking service from sars
