handed in a compromise and was told it takes a week or two to be finalised. well almost 4months later it still not ready to be signed. spoke to the consultant on 21/12/2015 and she promised once again that by no later than 23/12/2015 documents can be signed. after numerous unanswered calls and emails I went to the hans strydom building only to be told the consultant is off again. why did she tell me in November that the documents are ready to be signed by tax payer. now it not ready as senior management not available to sign.<br> <br> how long does it take for the sars management team to finalise a compromise?<br> <br> if they stick to the 1hr lunch time then maybe work will get done<br> less excuses then maybe more tax payers can be assisted in a day
