Waste of time going to SARS Bellville

I went to SARS Bellville to apply for a tax directive. I wait in the line outside for a about 2 minutes. When I get to the woman giving everyone orange stickers, I tell her what I am here for. She says those people are are not available today, they are in a meeting. She says I must try again tomorrow morning but come early 7:00 and maybe they can see me, but they have a meeting tomorrow as well. And she didn't want to give me an orange sticker. I then had to pay for parking for the 5 minutes i was there.<br> <br> I don't know if this was a lie she was telling me, because I can't think of a reason for her not wanting me to enter. I tried phoning SARS Bellville by calling their 0800 number, and after been put on hold for over 10 minutes and been transferred to a supervisor, I still don't have a way of contacting SARS Bellville. <br> <br> All I want to know is that when I take my lunch break next and I drive the 15kms to SARS Bellville that there will be somebody to help me. Lastly the parking money from the parking lot opposite SARS should be used to wash down that area, it reeks of urine and faeces.
