Waste of my tax money !!!

I have been trying to register for e filling for the last 3 months. Each time i register myself successfully, i then get a notification to say need to upload FICA documents. After my 1st attempt. i was told i need to drop the originals off at the nearest SARS office. So 2 & 1/2 hours of waiting i did just that. When i tried to get the consultant whom i handed in my documents to help me, she said she cant do anything to help, i must contact the call center. I called them i was told i am not registered, i should try again to register myself in 5 days . This has become like a circus. i register , upload documents, few days later, system says i am not registered. I call the call center, the people on the other side behave like i am speaking nonsense. This has gone on for 3 months. I have so many reference numbers, which all seem meaningless. No body seems to want to help me. All i want to do is register for e filling and file. The accountants that previously did my tax returns, haven't done the last year and i decided to file myself, but this seems almost impossible. Help please.
