Wake up SARS

I am also owed a refund like many of the reviews. I have also submitted the same documents 3 times. And I also get no response from SARS. I also agree this is not acceptable. It makes me sad because there is nothing we as the public can do. We have to eat it up. If we owe them money they will put you in the street or deduct from your payslip etc. On the 6th my statement of account showed electronic payment, later the same day it showed electronic payment reversal. What is next I wonder, as I had to submit the same documents, and another 21days. We can all say we are fed up with this but can we really do something about it.
