Waiting since 4 July 17

Good day,

I have submitted my tax as I do every year on 1 July. Got a notification that I am being audited on 4 July. Submitted everything and more on that very same day. 30 working days later - NO WORD from them. I phoned 2 times a week - have all the case numbers and they mean nothing!!! NOTHING.

Then only on 14 Sept do they contact me for a document that they need (which in my opinion they already had). Now the "new 30 day" period started because it is stated on their system that they "restarted" their audit. How is that even possible? At least give me feedback. At least do something - that's all I ask for. I want to know what is taking so long and what is the issue. Maybe I can assist - but I cannot do that if no one talks to me.

It is now 2 October. NOTHING has been resolved. I have gone through the Complaints department - they didnt resolve anything. I went through the Tax ombudsman and they cant do anything because its now again a new 30 day period.

Can anyone help? I am hopeless!!!
