Waiting on my refund 50 Days Today

I am so dissapointed in SARS. Last year my accountant did exactely the same as this year. Submitted my documents middle August 2021. They said 21 days for the audit to be finalized. We are at 6th October 2021, with no results. I have to go to Cape Town next week, for an operation. Still no reply. They owe me R16K and I must wait. If I owe SARS money I have to pay it today, and if noy paid today I must pay interest. I do not think its fair at all. We are at level 1 in SA and still the staff works from home, and can not understand why? I desperately need my money to go to Cape Town. Case #*** Tax Reference Number ***
