Waiting in vain for tax returns

I would like to write this review regarding my tax return from SARS. I filed my tax return on the 04 July 2017. I was subsequently requested for documents in verification of 2 amounts that were deposited into my SARS account. I provided SARS the required documents on the 12/07/2017 (case no: ********** 50). The two amounts in question were paid to SARS by Old Mutual Max Investments and Old Mutual Group schemes. This was following me surrendering 2 policies I had with Old mutual respectively. SARS gave an instruction for the monies to be paid over to them . The two old mutual schemes provided me with the tax directives IT88's for these transactions to use as proof, which I went and submitted to SARS Centurion branch. I was informed the turn around time for this will be 21 days, and since then I have not received my returns. I have called SARS numerous times, the turn-around time has long lapsed and nobody is providing me with answers or any communication.

I am so disappointed as an ordinary citizen of S.A. and a taxpayer, if i must invest my hard-earned money to SARS and not receive tax returns due to me timely.
