Waiting for payment from SARS

I have received a statement of account. Money is owed to me. Last week I got a call asking for the letter from the medical aid, which I immediately attached to my E-filing account. Yet, I am still waiting for my money? SARS why am I still waiting for money that you owe me??? Please pay my money ASAP. It is definitely the first year that I have to wait! Not impressed at all!
