Waiting for a Refund

Greetings I have been dealing with sars for the last 3 months to get my refund of R11222.00 I have changed banking details and i made thee appointment at sars Randburg to submit new banking details on the 22 of november which where updated and i waz told within 7days I will recieve payment and till today I have not recieved payment .when I contacted the call center they tell me all kinds of stories have requested to speak to a manager my details was taken I hv not recieved a call from anyone some agents tells me i don't have any refund ,..My case number ***..My ID number ***
