WAITING FOR 3 MONTHS FOR MY REFUND TO BE PAID OUT

<p>I did my sars e-filing on the 12 July 2016 and today is the 26 September 2016 and I am still waiting for my refund. I phoned after 21 days of e-filing submission and then SARS told me 30 days after 30 working day I phoned again Sars call centre agent told me that they dont know what is going on, because it is over the turn around time they will escalated my qeury, hear nothing from SARS, I phoned again heard the same storie and I phoned like one a week and all that i heard is we will escalated your qeury and SARS will get back to you, on sars efiling i lodge a complaint and still know answer, today 26/09/16 the same storie. I worked very hard for my refund so please can somebody respond to this email or complaint because terible service from SARS</p>
