waiting for 2 hours to be dropped

I called their call center at about 10am and I've been waiting to talk to one of their consultants and I was about 1700 inline. After 2 hours waiting over the phone, they cut or dropped my call and I was 90 something inline, I called again after a few minutes and and I was back to 1600 inline.
