Waiting almost a YEAR for Efiling profile!

Our previous SARS Efiler left us in November of 2014.<br> <br> We have tried to load another profile for Efiling (ref ***) so that we can do our monthly returns via Efiling to no avail. I would calculate that we have been to SARS on at least 6 occasions to attempt to rectify the matter only to be told that we need to phone the call centre.<br> <br> We have phoned the call centre on numerous occasions and are told to wait five days and then the new profile will be loaded.<br> <br> Guess what? We have been waiting about 320 days, incurred penalties and interest and STILL no Efiling!<br> <br> Please sort this out SARS!!!<br>
