Waiting 4 months for my tax returns

Been struggling with Sars since sept 2024. The service is pathetic. I went into the office to sort out my tax returns, I left there guaranteed everything was sorted only to find out 2 weeks later that it wasn't. When I call into sars, the one tells me this story and the other one says a different story. Instead of telling me from day one, this is all the documentation you need. I keep getting messages stating my bank details need to be verified and it takes 21 days, but then I call in and I'm told they need a copy of my ID which I submitted long ago already. Here I'm sitting and waiting like an idiot for my money which I've been overtaxed on in the first place. I thought sars provided a professional service but their service is pathetic. 4 months later and my problem is still not solved. They are so quick to send correspondence but cannot sort out people's problems.
