Waiting 3 weeks - still no feedback

I have filed my tax return on the 2 July. Submitted the necessary documents on the 3 July and to date no response from Sars. I've called the Call Center 3 times (*** and ***6), was on hold for over 20 mins at a time and no-one knows what is happening to my return. The call centre staff is extremely ***********. Please advise asap as to why it is taking so long to get feedback.
