Waiting 3 months for Refund

Filed SARS via efiling on 10/07/2015.<br> Was selected for audit, uploaded the additional documentation on 13/07/2015.<br> Called twice to find out what the status was, ref *** & ***. They told me it was escalated.<br> Logged a complaint ***, only to wait another 21 working days.<br> This is going for over 3 months already.
