Waited 3 hours because of faulty ticket systrm

After 3 hours of waiting in line I approached the info guy and told him I have been waiting too long. Apparently the ticket was suppose to be called out a long time ago, but the ticket system (screen that shows the next ticket that will be dealt with) never showed my ticket. The info person added my ticket to the end of the line instead of giving me any help to get served a bit earlier.
