Very Very unprofessional business

I have filed for tax returns on the 26th July 2024, it is now 26th September, I have submitted all the crazy things requested of me, nobody, absolutely nobody can give me any information when calling to the call centre, I have so many case numbers and my last one being *** and all that Joseph can say if that I have to wait for 21days, but I have been waiting for 2months to date! Can someone please explain, I have even been through to complaints and guess what, when I called the very next week the agent confirms that nobody has even actioned that case? Who is working? I want a response ASAP
