Very Very Bad that is Totally UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!

We are struggling SINCE 05 July 2022 with SARS.

We have send and attached requested documents numerous times every time they request it again.

WHAT ARE THEY DOING WITH OUR DOCUMENTS???????

IT SHOWS ON EFILING IT WAS SUBMITTED AND RECEIVED BUT SARS SAYS THEY DO NOT HAVE IT??????

My son had a Case No and Appointment this afternoon. When he came to SARS they told him sorry he cannot go in the want the persons name who said he has an appointment.

They sent him away WITHOUT helping him after he had an appointment to visit the Branch.

What the hell is going on with SARS.

They owe my son a Refund and cannot pay it out for some reason and every consultant comes up with another story!!!!!!!
