Very upset ND confused

I'm writing this email on behalf of my mother whch is a pensioner she stopped working in 2008 ND they send her letters of tax return the first thing they send her was that she had to pay a penalty ND she went to the bank ND paid the 250 but I stil asked them how can you send someone they mus pay a penalty but they wasn't even in COntact wth thm no one cud tell us for wat it was

Now recently they hve send my mom a. Msg that her tax return for 2008 is completed ND wen we phone last week ND Thursday jus to ask about everything this lady said everything is sorted ND we dnt need to send anything else ND tht thre is a refund tht she Wil get within three business wrking days but she ddnt receive nothing

Friday she received more msgs saying her 2011 ND 2012 and 2013 tax return is submitted ND they waiting for documentation my mom is nt even working so what documents mus she send I phoned this morning to Sars ND while explaining to the lady she jus muted the call very rude of her because my mom is an elderly lady ND I think it's unfair to treat ur clients wth disrespect they clearly dnt know wat they doing at the office because they mking all the clients confused
